Lebanese individual arrested in Tripoli, and residences of wanted individuals raided in Riha and Safra – Bekaa

The Lebanese Army Command- Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
On 23/3/2024, an army unit arrested the Lebanese (M.H.) at the Deir Al Baderiya checkpoint in Tripoli for possessing a military pistol. Another unit conducted raids on the residences of wanted individuals in the towns of Riha and Safra in Bekaa, and seized war weapons, a quantity of drugs and ammunition, as well as military equipment.
The seized items were handed over and the investigation was initiated under supervision of the competent judicial authorities.
